Dr. Carol Aiken and our entire team follow procedures recommended by several federal agencies: Tthe Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and The Centers for Disease Control (CDC). These precautions require all dental team involved in patient care to use appropriate protective wear, such as gloves, masks and eyewear.

Before you enter the examination room, all surfaces, such as the dental chair, drawer handles and countertops are disinfected. To sterilize equipment that can't be moved, such as X-ray units and countertops, disinfectant is applied after each patient to ensure a germ-free environment. Disposable sharp items such as needles that cannot be sterilized are disposed of in a puncture-resistant biohazard container. Anything contaminated with blood or saliva is disposed of in special containers with safety lids. We sterilize all reusable equipment, including dental hand pieces using an autoclave, a device that kills bacteria and viruses by steam, heat and pressure.

We make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most flexible financial options. For your convenience we accept Cash, Check, Visa and MasterCard. Other financing options are available upon request.

We ask for payment at the time services are rendered.

Please remember we do not work for any insurance companies. We work for you and your dental health only. Therefore, the responsibility of payment is yours whether or not you have a third party reimbursement. As a courtesy to you, we will process your insurance claims.
